Todd Block

Todd Block joined EPC Real Estate Group as an Accounts Payable Specialist in 2024.

With a strong educational background in Business Administration and Accounting from Western Governo’s University, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his role. Prior to joining EPC, Todd gained valuable experience in managing a wide range of accounts payable functions, including fixed asset software management, vendor reconciliations, and training facility staff on accounts payable procedures. His attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and analytical mindset make him a valuable asset in his current position.

Todd’s passion for his work is complemented by his commitment to EPC’s Core Values. He believes in Choosing Positivity, which enables him to tackle challenges head-on and seek the best outcomes. Todd’s dedication extends beyond his professional life, as he actively supports causes such as the KC STEM Alliance, Kansas City Art Institute, and Scouting America. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids and finds joy in reading comic books.

Fun fact: Todd utilizes his 3D printer to create functional items as well as superhero, sci-fi, and fantasy props!
