Talia Patterson

Talia Patterson joined EPC Real Estate Group as an Asset Manager in 2026. She is a Certified Apartment Manager who oversees a portfolio of residential units and commercial space across mixed-use assets. In her role, she focuses on driving asset performance, optimizing operations, and supporting the successful execution of development initiatives.

Talia brings over 20 years of customer-focused industry experience to EPC. She began her career in hospitality, spending a decade developing expertise in service excellence and operations. She then transitioned into multifamily, where she has spent the past 10 years building deep knowledge in property management and community operations. This background enables her to bring a people-first approach to asset management, combining operational excellence with a strong commitment to creating positive living experiences.

Her accomplishments include being named Visit Wichita’s Hotel Manager of the Year in 2012 and receiving the Wichita Apartment Association Property Manager of the Year award in 2022. Her core strengths include customer service excellence, project management, team development, and driving financial performance.

Talia’s favorite EPC Core Value is Be a No-Ego Doer. She believes the best outcomes come from teams that are willing to support one another and do what’s needed regardless of title or role, keeping the focus on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Talia enjoys spending time with her family, especially cheering on her son and daughter at their sporting events. She also values time at home cooking with her daughter and staying connected with friends.
