Renata Kopek

Renata Kopek serves as Controller at EPC Real Estate Group, a role she began in August 2025. She oversees property, corporate, and development accounting across EPC’s real estate portfolio, leading the asset accounting team and ensuring accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. Her responsibilities include financial statements, development cost tracking, cash flow oversight, internal controls, budgeting support, and lender and investor reporting.

Renata holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Aleksandras Stulginskis University and brings over 10 years of accounting experience across real estate, corporate, and institutional investment environments in both U.S. and international markets. She is fluent in five languages and brings a global perspective to complex, multi-entity organizations.

Prior to joining EPC, Renata held accounting roles in Europe, including with BRE Europe at Blackstone in Luxembourg, supporting institutional real estate investments. She also worked at PPG Industries in Denmark and within a family-owned real estate company, gaining experience across corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial environments.

Renata’s favorite EPC Core Value is Driven to Lead, Not Follow, reflecting her commitment to ownership, continuous improvement, and leading by example. She is passionate about causes supporting community development, housing, education, and mentorship. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
