Eddie Sanchez

Eddie Sanchez serves as Accounting Manager at EPC Real Estate Group, where he is responsible for producing monthly financial statements for EPC-owned and managed entities. He ensures all books are accurately prepared, reviewed, and delivered to investors on time and within budget, supporting consistent and reliable financial reporting across the portfolio.

Eddieie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Rockhurst University. He began his career at DST Systems (now SS&C), where he worked in cash control and later as a Broker-Dealer client relationship specialist. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in reconciliations, transaction management, and investor-focused reporting, which led him to pursue a career in real estate accounting.

Prior to joining EPC, Eddie spent seven years at NorthPoint Development, where he worked as a Property Accountant and later as a Corporate Accounting Manager. During this time, he supported large-scale real estate operations and played a key role in closing several hundred million dollars in transactions, ensuring seamless cash movement and accurate investor distributions.

He is passionate about supporting underserved youth and advancing economic mobility through higher education. Outside of work, Eddie enjoys staying active, going to the gym, grilling with family, cheering on the Chiefs and Royals, and spending time outdoors. He is also proud to be the first person in his family to graduate from college.
