As the Brand Ambassador and seasoned multifamily professional, Bri develops social media strategies, product marketing campaigns, tracks and measures conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for campaigns; website design, Google analytics, and SEO. Bri works closely with the development and leasing teams to streamline marketing efforts and company products and services to enhance overall marketability. Bri’s strong client and public relations and research propensity has led to immense brand awareness for EPC.

Prior to joining EPC, Bri worked for Asset Living as a Community Manager where she successfully stabilized two downtown luxury high rises; overcame one of the most competitive sub-markets by leveraging the surrounding Crossroads Arts District with her “outside-of-the-box” marketing efforts to draw in qualified traffic resulting in higher lead-to-lease conversions. Since joining EPC, Bri has single-handedly created multiple digital promotional campaigns that has driven lead generation and effectively increased community and company Social Media insights and engagement. Bri’s high-level of operational fortitude has resulted in substantial enhancements to EPC’s overall market strategy.
