As the Director of Human Resources and Performance Development, Brandon is accountable for improving efficiencies in onboarding and training initiatives while driving personal and professional growth, resulting in strengthening EPC’s organizational culture. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in the multifamily industry, having conducted multiple lease up developments prior to joining the EPC team.
Brandon has been a Crystal Merit Award recipient, earning the title of Assistant Manager of the Year through the Apartment Association of Kansas City. Brandon’s philanthropic community contributions include Harvesters, KCFEC and Newhouse KC.
