The Source

Located in Downtown Salt Lake City, The Source (348 S Temple) is a renovation of a 1960s-era office building originally built for IBM as well as a new 8-story building. The 174 units add to the density and vibrancy of a historic and revitalized area. The historic IBM building houses the leasing office, clubhouse, bowling alley, golf simulator, and cafe, while the new contemporary tower complements the elegant mid-century modern lines of the original structure. The project represents a unique adaptive reuse solution, preserving architectural history while delivering modern luxury apartments to downtown Salt Lake City.
