Inlands Business Center

Inland Business Centre is located at the intersection of I435 and Lackman Rd in Lenexa. This location is highly visible to the interstate and provides great access for its tenants that include Scott Rice, Subaru, Fastenal and Konica. Each individual building was designed to meet the demand for office warehouse and flex space in the Johnson County, Kansas area.

The project totals 192,000 square feet with individual buildings having ceiling heights from 22 feet to 26 feet.

Each building was designed to accommodate retail and office use along the front of the building with docks and warehouse in the rear. These buildings were developed between 2000 and 2007 and were some of the very first to be built with tilt-wall construction in the Kansas City area.
