Delano Master Development

The Delano Master Development was EPC’s first investment into Wichita, the largest City in the state of Kansas. The development took place in the Historic Delano District along the westside of the Arkansas River. EPC was awarded development and acquisition rights by the City of Wichita through a competitive RFP process in 2018, where EPC was able to acquire approximately 7.5 acres of blighted land to deliver 200+ apartments, structured parking, 1+ acre greenway, over 95+ hotel rooms and 7,000+ SF of commercial space by the end of 2021.
