MidPoint Corporate Centre

EPC developed MidPoint Corporate Center, a 70 acre industrial park in the early 2000's utilizing a unique accelerated development process marketed as Rapid-Built. This unique approach offered industrial users a building delivery period less than 50% normal turnaround time at a 30% reduction in cost. Building plans were all concrete tilt-up and defined at Series 100 (24' clear flex), Series 200 (26' clear office warehouse) and Series 300 (30' clear distribution). All were designed ahead of time. Tax incentives were pre-approved. Construction costs were pre-priced based on a tilt-up method not employed at the time in Kansas City. This approach allowed construction to commence within 30 days from lease signing.

Between 2004 and 2008 over 650,000 square feet of Class A warehouse and industrial space was completed at MidPoint in Edwardsville, Kansas. Rapid-Built was awarded Edwardsville's Industrial Appreciated Award in 2006.
