So, this area is a logical geographical area for expanding EPC’s focus on higher density lifestyle apartments. The Village at Rayzor Ranch is located within a massive 400-acre mixed-use development at the corner of I-35 and 380 Highway, also known as Rayzor Ranch. Rayzor Ranch offers an amazing variety of conveniences for our future residents. Literally across the street in all directions are amenity and lifestyle benefits.
