Vice-President of Development
As Vice President of Development, Austin leverages his experience to oversee all facets of the development process. His responsibilities include project feasibility, market analysis, entitlements, project economics, design, and construction management for projects in Kansas City and the surrounding region.
Prior to joining EPC Real Estate Group, Austin served as Project Manager for HOK (previously 360 Architecture) where he managed both personnel and projects ranging from $1M to $50M. Nationwide project types included hospitality, recreation + wellness, and sports + entertainment. Austin received his Master of Architecture and Minor in Business while attending the University of Kansas.
